The holiday that i am doing is called Cinco de Mayo
2. When will the holiday be celebrated in 2011?
Answer: The holiday will be celebrated on may 5 in 2011 it is a holiday that celebrates may 5 every year
3. Who celebrates this holiday? (Countries, religious groups, ethnic groups)
Answer: The holiday is celebrated by Mexicans its not  religious its just the day when Mexicans declared there independence from France and it is also celebrated in the united states because they are showing Mexico's pride and its also celebrated in Mexico Puebla.
4. Why is this holiday celebrated? What is the significance of this holiday?
Answer: The holiday is celebrated as a reminisce of the Mexicans winning there independence from the french.
5. How is this holiday celebrated? Include any rituals, food, costumes, dance or music associated with this holiday.
Answer: Menudo soup, Plantain chips, Sopes, Tacos al pastor, Elados Tatemados, Nopales, Tinga poblana de pollo, Guacamole, Flan and other great meals they also have loads of beer and other alcohol drinks. The costumes that they wear are the Mexican flag colors or you dress as one of the Mexicans greatest historians. They would dance to Mexican songs and make up there own dances while there at it.
